Our customers pay for small orders at the time of checking out on our website, when the shipment is larger and frieght can not be worked out at the time of checkout we will send you a Proforma Invoice you can Pay on the invoice link, Log back into the site to make payment.

If you would like to have an account with us, please note that our trading terms are 30 days from EOM. To qualify for an account with us, you will need to have a track record of at least three (3) proforma orders. Please contact us for a credit application.
We primarily use Startrack for business to business deliveries, if you are not at your address within business hours (and the delivery bounces back-there may be additional charges) or it is a residential address and you wish to authorise leave at premise or other instructions please do so in the check out notes or email us.
Please be aware, it is at the discretion of each delivery person to choose to leave your parcel at the delivery address if it is unattended. Due to this, we suggest a delivery location where you or another trusted person can receive the parcel. If you choose your work as your delivery address, please remember to provide us with the company name, building name, department, floor/level in addition to street address.
Yes. We do ship our products to New Zealand and other neighbouring islands through Australia International Parcel post for small to Medium single box orders. We do work with forwarders that can import larger orders if required. Please contact us for larger shipments.
We try our best to negotiate the best deal and supply the most economical reliable freight solution this we charge you freight at the going rate charged by our transport company, The actual cost will be dependent upon the packed size and weight of the order and your location.
Our range of products is constantly changing finding new and unique seasonal inspirations, we recomend you take any products that are in stock so to not be disappointed if items runout, as we are unable to hold products or orders for an extended period without deposit.
Freight for Backorders For intial orders over the value of $300; Any Back orders over the value of $100 will be sent out with Tamboril absorbing the first $15 of the freight charge for up to two Back orders off the initial order. That is if you back order freight charge is $22 you will only be invoiced for $7.
If you believe a product you have purchased from Tamboril is faulty and you would like to return it, please conatct us immediately email info@tamboril.com.au or call the office during our operational hours and we will do our best to replace the product or provide a refund.
We will contact you within three business days upon receiving your call or email to confirm the details and options. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase and the faulty product in question.
Please note we cannot accept the return of opened or used products that are not faulty or that where purchased beyond 12 months of original invoice date.
Contact us with the request and we will put you in contact with the nearest retailer. In some circumstances we will ship to customers who have difficulty in getting to a retailer. info@tamboril.com.au
